Strength with intention

The Method

NONO Limits classes enhance strength, endurance, control and balance. Every class works core abdominals & obliques, legs/glutes, and upper body with slow-moving continuous resistance that pushes muscles into burn, shake and fatigue for maximum impact.

Your instructor sets you up, adjusts your form, and guides every movement. You’ll learn the method move by move with clear, instructor‑led coaching.

We adjust spring tension and positioning to keep the work individualized and challenging. Instructors are on point to manage intensity and refine mechanics.

Preparation

Grip socks are required and available for purchase. Please avoid loose clothing and jewelry. A water bottle is recommended.

Please arrive 5 minutes early so you’re ready to move when class begins. Classes begin on time. First-timers should arrive 10 minutes early for a rundown of the equipment.

Our small class size allows instructors to coach every client and keep the pace going. New clients are coached directly into the method without slowing the room.

Scents can be overwhelming when people are breathing deeply. Please refrain from applying fragrance or perfume before coming in.

The Benefits

CORE strength training improves posture and reduces the risk of back injuries. A strong core can improve overall strength in the upper and lower body, making daily tasks easier and efficient.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) can burn more calories compared to steady-state cardio in a shorter workout session. HIIT has also been shown to increase metabolism and improve cardiovascular health and endurance.

SHAKE: Working muscles to fatigue during exercise stimulates muscle growth, strength and metabolic rate by inducing micro-tears that repair post-exercise and build stronger muscle fibers.

COMMUNITY workout settings can inspire us to push ourselves harder, especially when surrounded by others who are also working towards their fitness goals. Working out in a supportive group is more enjoyable, makes us less likely to skip workouts, and keeps us motivated.

The XFormer

The XFormer is a tension‑based strength platform built for controlled, high‑intensity training under continuous load. It features a sliding carriage between two platforms with numerous handles and cables that can be instantly adapted for hundreds of different exercises. Difficulty is controlled by a set of tension springs that can be quickly swapped without interrupting flow for a continuous workout.
