”I looooved this class. The instructor gave great cues and the class was smaller which I liked. The other students were also very friendly and just a more friendly atmosphere than many studios I’ve tried in Scottsdale and Phoenix. It was pretty challenging too if you haven’t tried lagree/hiit Pilates before, this is a great place to get comfortable.”
